Car Photography in Phoenix, AZ
All photo shoots begin with a consultation about the type of pictures we take.
Before the photo shoot begins, MediaSmith and The Client will do a full walkaround of the car.
Just like a rental car company like Enterprise, our concerns about the damage to a car are limited to things that are bigger than the size of a US dollar.
Any damages to the car will be addressed by the photographer on-site before the session begins.
After an inspection has been assessed, The Client will sign a waiver acknowledging that a walkaround has been completed.
All photo shoots are covered with a Gopro mounted on the DSLR that begins to film at the time of the car inspection to the photographer declaring the shoot is complete.
MediaSmith highly recommends that the car is free of any objects within the interior and the trunk space.

Hot Lap Package
The Hot Lap Package is perfect for those who just want to share high-quality photos of their car. It’s also perfect for those who just bought a car and want to share photos with their friends and family.
What is included in the Hot Lap Package:
These shoots will take place in the evening.
Up to 1 hour of shoot time
An extra 1 – 2 hrs are spent on post processing and editing
Up to fifteen (15) fully edited photos; minimum of five (5) fully edited photos
High quality files available digitally
Booking Fee - $49.95
Total Price (includes Booking Fee) - $149.95

Apex Package
The Apex Package is a premium shoot of your car or motorcycle. After our initial consultation, we will decide on a location. MediaSmith will advise The Client on potential pros and cons of the location. At that point, if the location is agreed upon, then MediaSmith and The Client will proceed with the photo shoot.
What is included in the Apex Package:
These shoots will take place in the evening
Up to 1 hour shoot time
A hand-picked unique location within the Phoenix area
An extra 3 - 4 hrs is then spent on the detailed post processing and editing
Special lighting techniques using off camera flash and light painting if needed
Min 10 fully edited images, including detailed shots
Files available digitally through an online repository
Professional lab quality prints can be arranged at additional cost
How this works – Completely outsourced, we discuss through email about appropriate size of the print, we do the leg work to get your product, and then total cost of this is the cost of the product

Penultimate Package
The Penultimate Package is a luxury photo shoot of your car or motorcycle.
The two important differences between the Apex Package and the Penultimate Package is that the Penultimate Package offers two different locations and more time at each location.
Just like the Apex Package, after our initial consultation, we will decide on the locations.
We will advise The Client on potential pros and cons of each locations and, at that point, if the location is agreed upon, then MediaSmith and The Client will proceed with the photo shoot.
What is included in the Penultimate Package:
These shoots will take place at early evening or sunrise
Up to 1 hour shoot time at each location
Two hand-picked unique locations within the Phoenix area
An extra 4 - 5 hrs is then spent on the detailed post processing and editing
Special lighting techniques using off camera flash and light painting
Min 20 fully edited images, including detailed shots
Two folders of images - high resolution and web size resolution
Professional lab quality prints can be arranged at additional cost

Pole Position Package
The Pole Position Package is our best packaged photo shoot of your car or motorcycle.
The most important difference among the Pole Position Package and the previous packages is that the Pole Position Package offers a combination of moving shots and static shots.
Just like the previous packages, after our initial consultation, we will decide on the locations.
We will advise The Client on potential pros and cons of each locations and, at that point, if the location is agreed upon, then MediaSmith and The Client will proceed with the photo shoot.
What is included in the Pole Position Package:
These shoots will take place in the afternoon and last until sunset or night depending on the concept
Up to 1 hour shoot time at each location
Three hand-picked unique locations within the Phoenix area
An extra eight hour work day is then spent on the detailed post processing and editing
Special lighting techniques using off camera flash and light painting
Min 30 fully edited images, including detailed shots
Two folders of images - high resolution and web size resolution
Professional lab quality prints can be arranged at additional cost
