Philippines Independence Day Celebration - Event Photography

Every year at Arizona State University (West Campus), there is an event held there called the Philippines Independence Day Celebration festival.

At the event, there are pageants and performances that happen throughout the day.

Also, there are vendors that sell merchandise and food.

However, to me, the highlight of the day are the pageant performances.

My first time going to the event was two years ago.

At that event, there was a "Miss Teen Philippines" pageant ongoing. 

I took a few pictures and got to meet some incredible people.

If you are at all interested in going, I suggest you go! 

It's an amazing event and the Filipino folks are always welcoming of new faces.
